The Fonda Vela has 38 rooms in 9 separate buildings, this includes 20 standard rooms and 18 junior suites. All Standard Rooms and Junior Suites have private bath, hot water and television.

Hotel El Establo is located in the heart of the conservation area of Monteverde Costa Rica, 7 km from the Santa Elena Rain Forest and 4 km from the Monteverde Cloud Forest, just a few minutes away by taxi. Within walking distance of the Butterfly Garden & the Ecological Farm.
